New Factory Roofing Project – Taman Perindustrian Murni, Senai

A new factory development at Taman Perindustrian Murni Industrial Park, Senai has been completed with a comprehensive roofing system by OSM Roofing.

The project comprises a single-storey factory with a 2-storey office, featuring HICONDEK®40 in BlueScope ZINCALUME® steel as the main roofing system. METALDEK®24 was incorporated for the fascia roof, complemented by fibreglass skylights to allow natural daylight into the building.

The combination of roofing profiles and materials provides a practical solution tailored to the requirements of this industrial development.

The project was successfully completed for Tai Sin Electric Cables (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
