Completed Factory Roofing Project – Idaman Senai, Johor

A completed industrial project in Idaman Senai, Johor, comprising a single-storey factory with a 2-storey office and featuring HICONDEK®40 roofing by OSM Roofing.

For this project, the roofing system was installed during an early stage of construction rather than toward the end of the building process. Installing HICONDEK®40 early provided shelter for the site, allowing subsequent construction works to continue more efficiently with greater protection from changing weather conditions.

With the roofing in place, work on other areas of the building could progress under a covered environment throughout the construction period.

Today, the development stands completed, demonstrating how effective roofing planning can contribute not only to the finished building but also to the construction process itself.
